Wallbox Pulsar Plus & Pulsar Pro Configuration Guide

1. Download the Wallbox App

  • Download and install the Wallbox App from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Scan the QR code below to download:

 

 

2. Add your charger

  1. Log in to the Wallbox App.
  2. Power on the charger and wait for the LED to light up.
  3. In the app, go to Home > Add Charger.
  4. Scan the QR code on the charger, or enter the serial number manually.
  5. Tap Add.
  6. Tap Connect.

3. Connect your charger to the Internet

  1. Tap the Gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.

  2. Select Network.

  3. Accept the Bluetooth pairing request.
  4. Select your Wi-Fi network name.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap Save.
  6. Wait for the confirmation that the charger is connected to Wi-Fi.

4. Update the firmware

  1. Tap the Gear icon (⚙️) again.

  2. Select System Updates.
  3. Select Auto Updates and toggle it ON.

 

 

5. Configure OCPP settings

  1. Tap the Gear icon (⚙️) once more.

  2. Scroll down and tap OCPP.

  3. Toggle Enable OCPP to ON.
  4. Fill out the following:
    • OCPP Provider: Other
    • URL: wss://ocpp.io
    • Charge Point Identity: Serial number (from charger label)

  5. Tap Save.
  6. The charger will automatically reboot.
  7. Look for the yellow banner: Connecting…
  8. Once connected, the banner will say Connected.

             

⚠️ Do not unlock your charger
This will remove it from your account and reset progress.

 

 

6. Add your charger to dashboard
