How to add a location

Accessing the Company Management Page

To view and manage your company’s profile, navigate to the Company section by clicking "Company" in the sidebar of your dashboard.

The Company page provides a comprehensive view of your company’s profile, which includes:

  • Company Details: Basic information about your company.

  • Authorized Users: A list of users who have access to your site host dashboard.

  • Locations: A summary of all the sites linked to your company’s profile.

Adding a New Location

Before you can add chargers to your dashboard, at least one location must be associated with your company.

Steps to Add a Location:

  1. Click Add Location at the top of the Company page.

  2. Fill in the required fields in the pop-up form to specify details about the new location.

  3. Submit the form to save the new location to your company’s profile.

You can add multiple locations as needed. If no locations are added, the ability to add chargers will be disabled.

Editing an Existing Location

To make changes to an existing location:

  1. Locate the location you want to edit from the list on the Company page.

  2. Click the triple dot icon on the right-hand side of the location entry.

  3. Select Edit Location from the dropdown menu.

  4. Update the necessary details in the popup window.

  5. Save your changes to update the location information.

Adding Locations: You must add at least one location to enable charger additions to your dashboard.
User Permissions: Ensure that only authorized personnel have editing rights to maintain data integrity and security.
