Ensure that the terminal is correctly linked to your Payter account. If the terminal does not appear, refresh the Payouts tab or log out and back into the dashboard.
-
Double-check the selected language and chargers. Verify that all mandatory fields in the modal window are accurately completed.
-
Ensure that you have clicked the “Save” button after making modifications. If the changes do not appear immediately, refresh the Payouts tab or log out and back into the dashboard.
-
Confirm that you have the appropriate permissions to adjust terminal settings. Double-check that the terminal is correctly linked to your Payter account and is listed in the Payment Terminals card.
-
If charger assignments are incorrect, use the "Edit Terminal" option in the dashboard to update linked chargers. Save changes to ensure the dashboard reflects accurate information.
