Follow the instructions below to successfully start and end a session. Scan the QR code to easily access detailed information about charging sessions and obtain receipts.

Start Charging Session
Begin your charging session by tapping or swiping your credit card on the Payter terminal.
Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the charging process.

Scan the QR Code
While the charging session is in progress, locate the QR code displayed on the Payter terminal screen.
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code. This will open a mobile web app page.

View In-Progress Charging Details
The mobile web app page will show the current status of your charging session, including:
- Charging duration
- Current cost
- Fees (if applicable)
This page provides real-time updates on your session, so you can monitor the progress easily.

Stop Charging Session
If you wish to stop the charging session, tap the "Stop" button on the mobile web app page or unplug the charger.
Confirm your action if prompted. This will:
- End the charging session
- Update the state of the payment terminal to reflect that the session has ended

View Receipt
Once the charging session ends, a receipt will be displayed on the mobile web app page.
The receipt will include detailed information about your charging session, such as:
- Total charging time
- Total cost
- Payment method
You can save or screenshot this receipt for your records.
The receipt generated at the end of your charging session serves as an official record of the transaction. Please take a screenshot for your records. Refresh the mobile web app page if the receipt does not appear immediately.
