Firewall and Communication with Chargers

Firewalls can sometimes block or disrupt communication between your Grizzl-E Smart charger and your network.

How to Resolve This Issue

1. Check the Blocked Devices List

   • Access your router settings and review the list of blocked devices.
   • If a network filter is blocking your charger, it will appear as esp32-arduino in the list.                      

2. Unblock the Charger

   • Follow your router’s instructions to locate and unblock the device.
   • Once unblocked, the charger should reconnect to the network without further issues.
