2.4 GHz band Wi-Fi Network:

Wi-Fi Compatibility with Grizzl-E Smart

The Grizzl-E Smart is only compatible with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. To ensure a stable connection, make sure your network has a dedicated 2.4 GHz band with its own network name (SSID).

How to Check Your Network’s Frequency

• Check your network settings on your PC or Android device to confirm you are connected to a 2.4 GHz network.

Options for Dual-Band Routers (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz)

1. Create Separate SSIDs for Each Band

   • Set up different network names, for example:
     • network_name_2.4G for the 2.4 GHz band.
     • network_name_5G for the 5 GHz band.                                                                                               

2. Temporarily Disable the 5 GHz Band

   • If your router allows it, temporarily turn off the 5 GHz band to connect your Grizzl-E Smart to the 2.4 GHz band.                                                                                                                                            

3. Install a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Extender

   • Use a Wi-Fi extender dedicated to 2.4 GHz, which will create a separate network for your charger.
