Autel Charger Commissioning Guide

This page provides instructions for setting up your Autel charger with ChargeLab software. After you complete steps 1-3, it is critical that you submit THIS form to register in ChargeLab's system.

1. Confirm Power

  • Check the LED indicators:
    • Solid Green on Power LED = Charger is powered on.
    • For the AC Ultra, the Status LED should be Solid Green (standby) or Breathing Green (charging).
  • If the LED is not illuminated, power is not present—check the breaker and installation.

2. Establish Network Connectivity

  • Ethernet (all models): Plug a cable into the RJ45 port. Ensure you’ve connected to a live network.
  • Cellular (all models): Insert an activated SIM card into the SIM tray.
  • Check LED:
    • Internet LED Solid Green = Internet connected.
  • For the AC Ultra, network access can be verified via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or 4G, based on back-end connectivity and the LCD interface.

3. Configure the Charger

  • Scan the QR Code located on the charger label or packaging, OR Download the Autel Charge App (Google Play / App Store):
    • Use the 8-digit PIN found on the charger to connect the charger.
    • Once connected, select the charger
    • Then select on OCPP server > Custom Server URL
    • Enter wss://ocpp.io as the custom server, this will connect to ChargeLab

4. Claim the Charger

  • Complete this form
  • After you submit the form, you will receive the following within 24 hours:
    • An email confirmation that your dashboard has been set up
    • An invitation to your dashboard for configuration
      • Access your dashboard to manage pricing, access and reports
