Using ChargeHub to Charge Your EV

- When using ChargeHub or a roaming partner app, a pre-authorization payment notification will appear before starting a session.
- Roaming partners set their own pricing rules, so session costs may differ from ChargeLab’s records.
- Payments made through ChargeHub will not appear in ChargeLab’s transaction history.

- ChargeHub adds a roaming fee per session, included in the final payment:
  - Level 2 Chargers: +$0.75 per session
  - DC Fast Chargers: +$1.25 per session
- Since ChargeLab does not process these additional charges, your receipt total from ChargeLab may be lower than what appears in ChargeHub.

Confirm that you’re using the correct charger and that it appears in ChargeHub.
Ensure your payment method is set up correctly within the ChargeHub app.
If the charger is unresponsive:
- Contact ChargeLab Support if the issue is with the charger itself.
- Contact ChargeHub Support if the issue is with session initiation through ChargeHub.

Check the total amount, including the roaming fee.
If you believe you were overcharged, verify how you started the session (ChargeHub, ChargeLab app, RFID, etc.).
For disputes or incorrect receipts, ChargeHub manages all payments.
