How to Reset Wi-Fi on Your Grizzl-E Charger
If your charger has lost its Wi-Fi connection or if you’ve updated your Wi-Fi credentials (SSID, Password), follow these steps to reset the Wi-Fi:
- Unplug the Charging Station to power it off.
- Remove the front cover by unscrewing the 4 screws located in each corner of the charging station.
(For detailed instructions, refer to Chapter 3.1 "Adjust Maximum Current Output" on page 10 of the user manual.) - Once the cover is removed, find the DIP switch on the charging station’s circuit board. This is a small 4-position switch located to the left of the LED.
- Adjust the DIP Switch:
- For all 40A, 32A, and 24A settings, move DIP switch #1 to the down position.
- If using the 16A setting, set DIP switch #2 to the up position to change the charger to 20A before proceeding.
- Plug the charger back in and wait 2 minutes. The indicator light should alternate between Blue and Magenta every second.
- Unplug the charger again.
- Return the DIP switch to its original position.
- Plug the charger back in and confirm the indicator light is alternating between Blue and Magenta.
- Follow the instructions in Chapter 8, "Set Up Smart Functionality" on page 24 of your user manual to reconnect to your Wi-Fi and OCPP network.
- Finally, replace the front cover by securing the 4 screws back in place.
