How to get started in the dashboard

Creating a Dashboard Account

If you're new to the dashboard system, follow these steps to create your account:

  1. Enter Your Details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address (for dashboard access)
    • Phone Number (for dashboard access; must be able to receive text messages for access codes)
  2. Review and Agree to the Terms of Service.
  3. Click Submit to complete your account creation.

After submitting, you’ll be prompted to log in to access your site host dashboard.

Accepting an Invitation to a Dashboard

If you’ve received an invitation to join a Company dashboard:

  1. Navigate to My Account in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Check for Invites:
    • Invitations to new Companies will appear in the "Company Invites" section.
    • A numeric indicator beside the header shows the number of pending invites.
  3. Review and Respond:
    • Click on the "Company Invites" header to see your invitations.
    • Select individual boxes or use the "Select All" option.
    • Choose Ignore Selected to decline or Accept Selected to join the Company dashboard.

Edit company profile

You can update your company’s profile information at any time. To do so, click "Edit details" in the top-right corner of the Company page.

This profile is your top-level dashboard account. It should not be the name or address of a specific site within your portfolio, but rather your top-level corporate billing address and contact details.
