How to set up charger notifications

Enabling notifications in your dashboard allows you to receive emails when chargers encounter specific issues, such as:

  • A deployed charger goes offline and remains offline for 15 consecutive minutes.
  • A deployed charger goes offline and disconnects 5 times within a 12-hour period.
  • A deployed charger reports faults.

You can set notification preferences for:

  • All chargers in the dashboard.
  • All chargers at a specific location.
  • Individual chargers.

When selected chargers meet the criteria for triggering a notification, you will receive an email detailing the Display ID(s), Location(s), Issue(s), and Charger Status(es).
