How to View All Chargers
There are two primary methods to access the complete list of chargers: through the homepage and the charger page.
Homepage
When you log into your dashboard, the first page you will see is the Overview page. This page provides a summary of all the chargers at the selected location. You can always return to the Overview page by clicking on "Overview" from the sidebar menu.
The Overview page displays the real-time status of all chargers at the selected location. If you need more detailed information or wish to manage individual EV chargers, simply click on "View chargers." This action will redirect you to the Chargers page, where you can handle each charger in a more detailed manner.
Charger List Page
Another way to view all chargers is by navigating to the Chargers menu on the sidebar. By clicking on this menu item, you will be taken to a comprehensive list of all available chargers. Each charger’s status will be displayed under the status column. If you need to see more detailed information about a specific charger, click on that charger to view its current status and other relevant details.
Charger Status Definitions
The status of each charger can vary based on several factors, including: the application used to access the charger station information, the user viewing the charger and the type, and number of connectors
To better understand each status indicator, please refer to the table provided below.
- A single port charger has one connection for plugging in an EV. It's perfect for homes or private places where only one vehicle charges at a time. It can only charge one vehicle at a time.
- This charger has one power output port and includes various connectors for different EV models. It's ideal for semi-public or public locations, offering flexibility without needing multiple power outputs. Different vehicles with different connectors can use the same charger (but not at the same time).
- Multi-port chargers can charge multiple vehicles at once, making them perfect for places like shopping centers, office buildings, and apartment complexes. They boost charging station use and serve several drivers at the same time.
