How to access your payment history & receipts

Access Receipts

After completing a charging session, a receipt will be sent to the email associated with your account. You can also find a receipt in-app in your Account:

From the mobile app:

1. Open the ChargeLab mobile app
2. Sign in, if you are not already signed in
3. Select the Account icon at the bottom right-hand side of the screen
4. Select Charging history. The last four months of charging history will appear.
5. Select a charging session.
6. A receipt for that charging session will appear.

From the web app:

Charging receipts are not currently available for viewing in the ChargeLab web application.

You will initially be charged a pre-authorization for your session. All charges will appear as EVCHARGING in your credit card statement.

View Payment History

• Login through the mobile app 

  Open the ChargeLab mobile app and sign in. Select the Account icon at the top right-hand side of the screen.

  

• View payments in your account

  First hit the "Payments" option. Then click "Select Payment History"

   

• View all activity history

  The screen will display the history of credit card charges
